I have a sports injury with rotator cuffdamaged. I have been seeing John for deep tissue massage, and would highly recommend him. He knows exactly where to work and the pressure needed. After seeing him twice I have greatly improved my range of motion, after having this injury for almost six months with little improvement.
John was , professional, courteous and did amazing an amazing job not only working my knots out, stretching out my tight muscles and making sure I was relaxed. I will be back again.

Booked a massage here originally for the first time with Dana & Wraquel. Dana recommended John for deep tissue because my partner and I lift weights 6x a week. This was my 2nd massage this past Friday with John & boy, oh boy! It was amazing. He knows his stuff. My partner had Wraquel. She's also amazing. John went above and behindBeyond on my traps & upper back. I could feel it in my toes. It was so good. Worth the money & I love that you earn points with each booking that you can use to book later. I cannot recommend Prestige Massage enough! I have had chronic neck & back muscular pain and problems for 10 years. I am super hesitant about seeing new people because often times my pain gets worse. John has gone above and beyond to ensure my pain decreases every time! He is truly passionate about helping his clients feel better - not just helping you to relax for an hour. I’ve been seeing him consistently every 2 weeks for a couple months now. My muscle spasms have significantly decreased. If you struggle with neck pain, headaches, or chronic muscular problems - John is your person! He is always professional & accommodating with appointments. Prestige is on of Knoxville's best kept secrets for a Great massage at a great price. I can be a difficult client with a lot of spine issues. They were patient and listened to ALL of the spots that could not take any pressure. They were also able to use deep pressure where it was desperately needed. Tonight was my first time going to Prestige massage. I’m hooked!! John is phenomenal!! I have had a problem with knots on my back for years. He helped me so much at the first session I’m going back next week for more. If you like a truly deep tissue massage John is your man!! They also do cupping. I looked this place up while on a work trip. I noticed the great reviews so I gave it a chance. It was a great choice. Very professional and comfortable atmosphere. I believe my therapist was “John”, if I remember his name correctly. He had a fantastic touch . I would totally recommend to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a great massage! Also he did such a phenomenal job on my neck and shoulders that I feel like my range of motion was greatly improved! So much so that I couldn’t believe it! Very therapeutic!!!! Wished I lived closer so I could come on a regular basis.

Wow!!! Top Notch! I left my 90 minute session “massage drunk”!!!! Wraquel is masterful. I typically do not like deep massages because many therapist drive to deep to quickly. Wraquel spends the time to find the trouble spots and eases into deep massage for maximum impact with the most comfort possible. Incredible. Thank you Wraquel. I frequently schedule massages to relax from stressful work weeks and the effects of having an office job where I am seated for a large part of my day. I tried out Prestige today, because it is hard to schedule last minute at my regular place. After my 30 minute session I have to say I have another regular place! He focused on my neck and shoulders and released so much tension it was unreal. Booked another session immediately.
I’ve visited a lot of different masseuses before and very few could compare to the work John did. He intuitively found the areas that needed the most work and truly cared to do a good job. I got a lot of relief and relaxation from my experience. John is super strong and will go as deep into the tissue as needed, but also provide a relaxing experience if that’s your preference. I’ll be coming back to him for all my massages going forward.
I was so very pleased with my first experience here and I will definitely be back. John was absolutely amazing! He immediately recognized that I was having issues moving my head so he did a quick range of motion assessment on me and really tailored my massage to help provide relief to my target areas I was having issues. This was my first massage i ever had and I really loved the whole experience. They hade many options to pick from and were really nice. I’ve hade a pain in my shoulder for about three years and by the time i left it was gone completely. The person that did my massage was Cade she was really nice and all was made sure I was comfortable and that made me feel way more calm with this new experience. I wish i could do this everyday and look forward to going back to try more of there massages
I really enjoyed my experience here. It was really easy to schedule an appointment and they had last minute availability. Their First Time Massage package was a great deal and I liked the choice of hot stone massage. The room had a great vibe and was relaxing. I got to choose the pressure and the masseuse checked in and adjusted until it was perfect. I’m definitely going to come back.

One of the best massages I’ve had in the Knoxville area. I had a lot of back pain and a John really worked to find the knots and work out my pain. The day after my massage my back felt so much better and I didn’t wake up in pain. I highly recommend this place!
So I rarely leave reviews however Prestige Massage deserves the best! Carole is amazing! I suffer from chronic shoulder pain and carry tension throughout my shoulders and neck. She provided a professional and therapeutic massage which helped greatly. I am thankful that I found a licensed, knowledgeable, and caring establishment.

Went to Prestige for a relaxation massage but upgraded to a deep tissue. This was probably one of the most intense massages but in a good way. Lots of time and effort was spent on my knots and tight muscles. It felt very therapeutic. John was great and I was comfortable the whole time. He continually checked in to make sure the pressure was good and seemed to really enjoy helping people. The office was clean tasteful and inviting. Tables were cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

John was my therapist and he was incredible. I had a mix of relaxing and more deep tissue type massage all in one with hot stones and aromatherapy. He knew where to find all of my pain points and gently worked them out. I feel somehow like I grew a few inches too. Can’t wait to go back to see John. Intro session price was excellent and worth it for everyone to at least try.
